I loved how the salmon was cooked as it was the right temperature, still hot by the time I got it back to the office. Was not overcooked and was still juicy and not chewy at all. I think it was a pesto sauce on top which went well especially with the slice of lemon. Veggies were just normal steamed/boiled so nothing exciting. But since they are trying to be healthy, overall this was a very healthy food box. Pasta was cooked nicely, but didnt seem to fit well with the salmon. Still overall very n
