Ordered a pork bone soup based ramen, with a side dish buffet for roughly $100 in total. The ramen comes in a tiny bowl. Fortunately you can order additional ramen. However, it took a very long time for the ramen to arrive and the soup turned cold already . The soup belongs to a thin-texture type, which is not my preferred texture. The ramen texture is quite poor, sadly. However, the pork tastes good, and has a nice after-taste as well.The egg tasted average. The fried dumplings were small, yet
The egg tasted average. The fried dumplings were small, yet the skin was thin and crispy. The vinegar sauce made them tasted a lot better. Furthermore, the fried chicken were juicy internally while crispy externally. It served with little egg salad which maked me felt less dry.
The staff were polite, and the enviroment was clean.
In overall, the buffet maked me focus on the fried dumplings and chicken instead
