• Garlic bread was tasteless & did not look like the image on the menu
• Paper straw is a nice eco touch but not a nice customer experience. Sugar cane is a better option at a similar price point
• It would be nice to see simple rustic linen napkins to replace the paper version
• Waiter stations were a little messy. Supermarket-branded cleaning products were visible, ideally, rebottle these into brandless containers
• Behind-the-scenes operational issue with trash collection, sadly this was in view for all customers to see on route to the bathroom
• Covid screens were ill-fitting & had seen better days
