There was once a Frites Belgium on Tap in Central, but only until mid of last year, it revived, though on the edge of Central (towards the Sheung Wan side). Headed there for lunch, quite a big portion costing around $200 per head, with appetiser, a really fulfilling main course and a pavlova which can't be easily found elsewhere.Ordering the steak to be medium-rare was just cooked to its optimum, perfect state of pinkish interior. Thumbs up for the timing!
