Amazing, fun experience in the dark. The experience recounted:
Step 1: arrive and is welcomed in the bar area. they have a bar/lounge in addition to the dark dining room
Step 2: choose your menu with your guide. 3,4 or 5 course; wine pairing or not. We chose the 4-course
Step 3: tell your guide any food restrictions you have. (I think they ended up serving me things I said I don't eat. that's the only disappointment . Luckily i don't have food allergies, I just don't eat some)
Step 4: handover anything that generates light to a place in a locker
Step 5: guided into the dark dining room and introduced to your blind waiter.
Step 6: led to your table by the blind waiter and begin enjoying the experience
The menu changes weekly, but all foods are in small portions easily picked up with a fork or your hand. (You really won't be using your knife). The food was tasty, done by the ex-chef of Watermark, and especially detailed to be easily handled in the dark. Most dishes are just warm (not hot) to not burn oneself, and soup is to be drank through a straw.
4-courses include: amouse bouche (3 small items), appetizer (soup and 4 small items including a salad), main (4 items with a veggetable puree), dessert (4 small items)
The experience is really for the fun of anticipation, conversation, and guessing what you're eating. The feeling of less inhabitance is stress-relieving. Recommend to visit once for the experience, great for a date to get to know the person better.
題外話/補充資料：
My complaint is that they served me foods I specifically said I don't eat. For example, there was fried risotto ball when I said I do not eat fried food.
