I used to dine at another Japanese restaurant just next to TMK, it was nice but price is relatively premium. I decided to try TMK and arranged a gathering lunch with good old friend at this fusion Japanese restaurant, it did surprise me in good way, because the food quality is good and the style is not a traditional Japanese cuisine. Food quality good given its average price range, but the environment is noisy so it may not be good option for business lunch. Here are what we had. The lunch menu
The lunch menu offers three sets, you can choose Temaki, Maki amor TMK bowls, I chose Temaki and my friend tried Maki.
This is the starter Salmon Tataki, sour and little spicy, taste good and very delicious
