🍜Paitan Style Chicken Ramen - Soy Sauce 醬油雞肉拉麵🍗HKD 138—————With a deliciously rich chicken broth, a very comforting dish for sure. Love how the broth clings to the thick, slightly chewy noodles. Very flavourful for sure and the scallions just gave it that extra kick. It comes with a chicken thigh, which was well seasoned and decently tender. The soft boiled egg was also well executed! 雞湯超濃郁，麵條粗身稍有咬口，非常掛湯，好夠味。雞髀調味足夠，肉質軟淋，令人聯想起滷水雞髀😂半熟蛋合格，整體表現唔錯，唯獨覺得以一碗拉麵來說價錢比較進取🙈

Although the smoked duck was tender and well seasoned, the broth was salty but with hardly any flavour. It doesn’t cling to the noodles as well as the chicken broth. There were also some yuzu peels on the side but it didn’t do much for the broth and tasted rather out of place. Quite disappointing and would recommend other items on the menu if you are visiting.
煙燻鴨胸很香煙熏味，生熟剛好，夠淋，唔錯。不過整體對這款拉麵有點失望，湯底偏鹹但又沒有什麼味道，沒有掛湯的效果。旁邊的柚子皮亦沒有什麼作用，反而有點格格不入。還是比較推介醬油雞肉拉麵。

有點像野菜天婦羅，不過是用粟米🌽和櫻花蝦做材料。香脆輕盈，作為頭盤share不錯👍🏻

The name was very interesting, but taste-wise, it didn’t live up to my expectations. The batter was on the thicker side and too salty in my opinion. But then again, they are known for their ramen, not their fried chicken.
炸雞質素一般，查粉偏口味道偏鹹。還是拉麵比較值得試🙈

A creative take on the famous 花之戀sushi, which is typically rice wrapped with salmon sashimi with salmon roe placed on top, but this time we have replaced the rice with potato salad and replaced the sashimi with smoked salmon. Surprisingly, the flavours worked quite well together and it was a very satisfying bite. Would recommend given it’s reasonable pricing.
新版花之戀，用薯仔沙律代替壽司飯，用煙三文魚代替三文魚刺身，有幾夾喎。定價唔高，作為頭盤share都幾抵食👍🏻
