Always skeptical about fusion food but holygaw does a nice job in combing Italian and Filipino cuisines together. I especially like the chick cauliflower rice dish. They put a lot of garlic in the cauliflower rice, which is heaven for someone who just loves garlic. The avocado ice cream sandwich is also nice. The ice cream is freshly made. But I think maybe they can deep fried the bun to give a crispy texture to match with the ice cream. Overall , quite happy with the dishes
