One of my favourite restaurant in hong kong side. Chef plays a great tricks of Mexican food mix with Japanese favour.My favourite dish was the scallop and uni tostada with shredded nori.The thinly sliced scallops were raw and tender, and topped with a sufficient amount of creamy uni. Also the white fish ceviche with yuzu lime and cashews , it was bright and refreshing.
