After queuing for about 20 mins at 8.30 in the morning on a Tuesday we finally made it in to realizethere was only one person working the counter and another the register hence the long queue of people outside (talk about a good marketing stunt). Scones and Danishes were good. I am a Croissant person and these did not do it for me as they were soggy and chewy, missing that crunchiness so hard to find in Asia.I had the same problem with their sourdough bread, I found it soft - except for the outs

I had the same problem with their sourdough bread, I found it soft - except for the outside crust, it felt like supermarket sandwich bread. All and all they have some good stuff for Hong Kong standards but nothing to brag about nor
waiting 20 minutes standing outside. Do not expect an European bakery.
