It was my first time to have German dinner. To be honest, it is quit impressive- SAUSAGE and BEER, an idea combination. I saw the travel program which introduced how tasty the sausages are but I was not very interested with it at first. However, Das Bier gave me a new impression! I was famished before I stepped into restaurant as my friends and I met at 9 p.m.! We order the food immediately. In fact, I worried about the portion of the dishes, haha. BUT, it is unnecessary. Super Sausage Platter
The platter contained few kinds sausage.
Bratwurstschnecke - resembling a sausage version of a cinnamon roll, roasted nicely and very well seasoned.
Knackwurst - my favourite! the tender texture makes me fall in love with it! TBH, it is salty so beer is vital in the meal. HAHA
Grillhähnchen (roasted half-chicken)
The roast chicken was nicely cooked; crispy skin and moist meat!
