Invited by my friends to try the Swiss restaurant inside The Peninsula Hong Kong, we had the chance to try the elegant dishes of Chesa.The cold appetisers and hot mains are well-presented and rightly seasoned. Especially love the signature Raclette and cheese fondue, I couldn’t get enough for the baguette that dip into the rich melting cheese!
