Cafe 103 has a new Giuseppe Zanotti Afternoon Tea. The floral design of the plating made the whole meal look like a Garden, with the flowers and butterflies. With Victoria Harbor as the background, the overall presentation was stunning.Regarding the savory food, the savory macaroon was my favorite. The Mascarpone Raspberry was designed beautifully like a blooming flower. Surprisingly, it was sweet rather than tart like most raspberries.
The rose chocolate on the Cherry Vanillla Verrine was not too sweet so it won't affect us tasting the the dessert beneath it. The cherry compote went very well with the vanilla rose cream.
