 Stopped into Flat Iron Steak house for a quick lunch and decided to try one of their burgers. I'm glad I did  , because the burger was made just right ! The patty was nice and juicy, cooked exactly how I like it. The toppings were fresh and added great flavor.  Surprisingly the bun held up well too.
