NOC Coffee Co. is a nice addition joining the harbour front of Whampoa. The decor and location is epic as it’s right by the sea. Consider the outdoor seating on a not-too-hot weekend and spend your day sipping coffee while reading. The NOC Benedict comes with smoked salmonDirty consists of cold milk with shot of expressive. And the cashier is working rather slow on a Saturday and so queue is frequently seen.
