due to its high-sounding name and decor, i've missed this shop for such a long time despite i'm a fishy freak and congee lover...once you've stepped into the entrance, the stinky smell of spring onion flooded into your nose, so u are pretty sure u haven't got it wrong...want to have sth watery, so i had a tail and fin soup with rice vermicelli (to fill me up). proper and prompt service. milky soup with reasonable amount of fish. the soup tasted so-so, not oily. definitely fresh fish, and enjoyed

definitely fresh fish, and enjoyed a good time in de-boning...a small bowl with densely packed vermicelli, very good for value for just $5.
$40, not cheap when compare to other fishy congee shop in HK. yet it's the price in order to survive in wanchai.
btw, could anybody tell me why all the fishy shops would come with a dip of soya-sauce? coz i find most of the soup/congee are tasty/salty enough. does it help to enlighten the taste or,,,what for?
