It was a short lunch break for golden time for us few greats friends to gather. We haven't met for really long time and it was just happened we had the same free slot that we can eat together. I never been to Ilis but it is the middle spot of all of our working place, we found it quite nice to sit and chill there. Smoked Salmon SaladWe simply gave a "WOW" when the salmon salad has come. We simply gave a "WOW" when the salmon salad has come. We all starve for salmon (don't know why? HK foodies taste?) It was great to share the salad, it was big one. The jap sesame sauce is the main role making it delightful.
Grilled Black Pepper Rib Eye Steak with Mixed Vegetables
I ordered steak myself, it was very big too as you can see from the pic. Very chewy, well, more chewy than I expect but I am cool with that. Sauce is good, as it comes with black pepper.
Herbs Roast Poussin
However, I just couldn't stop stealing the chicken from my friend. It was roasted very nice and hot. The just well roasted chicken skin is very good evidence after all. Very well seasoned.
Seriously! I wouldn't expect I can get THIS BIG portion for everything with such good price. Like half chicken, plus a scoop of mashed potato, some salad as side.
Such wonderful choice for lunch! Service is great for the gentlemen working in the place is really gentle of every customer. We are so impressed by his kindness while serving.
Some jelly to end the meal. Great time with dessert and friends.
