雲桂香 is famouse si-cheun rice noodle restaurant in hongkong, established over 20 years and was my childhood favaorite all the time.mini-bowl sour spicy rice noodleit is the standard soup serve here. soup base is pork bone soup with sour vege, chinese herbs, minced pork, little chili, green bean vege. it rich taste would never foget.there are over 30 topping you csn choose from 7$ , 9$, 12$ each. this time i ordered spicy pork belly and large intestine. both are delicious and they were pre-mad

finally, the price arnt cheap. 27$ base noodle. with 2 toppings 9$ and 45$ in total without drinks. if you need a drink reqiures an extra 7$.
