It’s my ramen week! Guess i really miss the food in Japan….Never tried the ramen here. Heard there are many good reviews like “one of the best ramen in HK” or “Top 5 ramen”. I had the oyster one at Next Shikaku and it blew my mind. Heard this chicken broth from here in the most original one. I definitely have high expectations on this. When the ramen is served, i was a bit down when i saw the egg was slightly overcooked.


The broth is great! Love they use the blender to make it foamy and add a smooth, silky texture. But maybe i had tried the oyster one at Next Shikaku, i prefer the broth there. Maybe seafood add a depth to the broth.


Fried bamboo shoot on top of the noodles is a bit soggy. Not crispy enough. Probably the problem of the temperature of the oil.


There is a slice of chicken and pork each. Both of them are tender. But seriously nothing special.


The noodles is a bit harder than normal. Maybe a bit under.

But the fried chicken is surprisingly great! Juicy, tender inside, crispy outside. Seasoning is spot on!


Overall, it’s still a pretty decant ramen. But if i choose, i will prefer the one at Next Shikaku or Shugetsu.
