I usually order take away from this restaurant, and while the past few interactions with the waiters have been a bit rude, I brushed it off as the noodles were pretty good.I should have listened to the other negative service reviews, as the last experience was absolutely unacceptable. After being acknowledged for wanting to order take away, the waitress proceeded to accept the checks from a lot of people and not take my order. After being acknowledged for wanting to order take away, the waitress proceeded to accept the checks from a lot of people and not take my order. I didn't say anything as she might have just wanted to clear some table space. It was around dinner time so I can maybe understand some wait time: But then, this guy cut in front of me and asked for a menu to order take away. The waitress handed him a menu and stood next to him for the next 5 minutes and walked him through the menu with a big smile and placed his order in. She totally ignored the fact that I had been waiting to order and took the order of this guy that had just walked by. At this point, I had been waiting for over 10 minutes just to order. Then, she proceeded to further ignore me while starting to seat another two people, even when I reminded her that I had yet to order. At this point I had to leave.
I have come to this place a couple of times, and most of those times I've been ignored for an amount of time. Twice I have been given condescending looks for no reason, and I was polite despite this. I have been to other locations with nice wait staff, and I enjoy the food. However, after this experience, I won't be returning.
