Had dinner with my friend last night at Union Grill. Haven't had good Western food for a long time, so decided to try out the ceasar salad and the potato skins. My friend went for the grilled steak pasta. The ceasar salad, as shown in the picture above, was delicious. Nicely-made bread blended with the meat. The taste was not too sour either. As for the potato skins dish, it was again very delicious. The texture of the skin was not too thick or coarse and the potatoes themselves were soft.

As for the grilled steak pasta, I didn't have the opportunity of taking a picture, but it was again very good. The sauce was kind of tomato-ish, but not exactly purely just tomato sauce when u eat it with spaghetti bolognese, it was really special. And the steak was nicely grilled and just delicious.
All in all, it was a good meal. Good service, but very expensive. Cost us HK$150 each. Not cheap at all, but u can't complain much as the location of the restaurant is the IFC.
