My go-to restaurant for 河鮮。I prefer this Jordan branch cos there’s a car park right next door, service is better and and tables are more spacious. Normally I come here for the fish 方利and the 排骨陳村粉. 陳村粉 was soft and didn’t gel together like some places. Went well with the rib sauce.This time we ordered other 小菜:響攞燉雞湯,(nice but could be less oil)Cooked 魚皮- very crunchy, no fishy taste.鯪魚肉釀青椒- I’m not a fan of 鯪魚 or green peppers but the others liked it.咕嚕肉- ok. 咕嚕肉- ok. Crispy, batter not too thick.
蒸魚, (no 方利 tonight). Server suggested an alternative, but I didn’t like all those thin bones.
梅菜蒸菜心,菜心 tasted very sweet; 梅菜 not too salty. Good.
蒸雞, a signature dish, being chicken pieces steamed in a copper plate. Chicken was tender.
煎焗魚嘴 as casserole.
For dessert, we ordered the 雙皮奶 (better to pre order) and the 黑糖馬拉糕. Both good.
The yellow one was too dry.
In summary, good place for dinner, esp if you like seafood。Recommended.
