The shop probably was too proud of its history and brand recognition; it did not care about its/her customers or visitors at all. From sitting there for about 30 minutes, we observed that the waiter and waitress were all trained with really rude service attitude. There were visitors of old woman and tourists; they shouted to their customers and forced them to sit in a very crowded table.
