I've always been a big fan of Zoe. The cakes they make is one of a kind but unfortunatly the staff they now have are rude and arrogant. I ordered a cake for my little cousin's birthday yesterday, they required full payment and cash only, which is inconvenient but fine. Later that evening I found out that my mom ordered a cake as well. So I went in today cancel my order. They were able to cancel my order but said they cannot refund the cash which I am not happy about but still not completely unre

Then O asked if I could used the $400 I paid for the cake, over a few times as there are only 2 of us in the house, how would the 2 of us be able to eat 15 pieces of a cake in one go!!!
No, of course was the answer, but not only that, when I talking to the man, he completely ignored me as if i wasn't there!!! His was ruder than a man serving in a Cha Chan Tang!! His attitude was not helpful and was very mean.
For a store that is selling cakes at $30 a piece, I didn't expect to be treated with such ill attitude. I don't think I'll be ever going there again.
