Another long day ended, me and my boyfriend were looking for somewhere quiet to eat. We went into this bar and restaurant because there were no one inside so I assume it will be very peaceful. We quickly ordered because I know it will get very busy very soon and I was right, the people started to rush in at around 7pm. The caramel latte and mango black tea arrived first. Another long day ended, me and my boyfriend were looking for somewhere quiet to eat. We went into this bar and restaurant because there were no one inside so I assume it will be very peaceful. We quickly ordered because I know it will get very busy very soon and I was right, the people started to rush in at around 7pm.
The caramel latte and mango black tea arrived first. The caramel latte was sweet and smooth, my boyfriend quite enjoyed it; the mango black tea was refreshing and sweet.
The Parma ham with melon was nicely presented. Each piece of Parma ham was rolled up into a rose-like shape, I could easily pick it up with a fork and put it on top of the melon. The melon was sweet which help to mild up the salty flavour of the Parma ham. The combination of these two were delicious. The ham was easy to chew and the melon was crunchy.
The pizza came next, it smelled so good. It actually tasted like gourmet pizza! The crust was so crispy and thin! Since we were both meat lover, we got the meaty pizza with ham, bacon and spicy sausage. Everything tastes so good especially with lots of cheese on top.
The spaghetti Bolognese came last, to be honest, I was looking for some strong flavour but this one was not strong enough. This spaghetti dish was very blade, when I look at it, I thought the flavour would be strong but it turned out to be no taste. There were lots of mince and tomato but no taste at all. The spaghetti was cooked nicely and there was no seasoning at all.
To finish off our meal, we got a New York cheesecake and rocky road cake. The New York cheesecake was very dry but cheesy whereas the rocky road was very moist and tasty. It was rich in chocolate and made my day.
