Good food - shame about the single use plastics

The food is definitely great and the servers are kind and attentive. What’s worrying is the amount of single use plastic that is used in this restaurant. No reusable chopsticks and each customer is given a shrink wrapped single use plastic spoon and chopsticks. Management need to move with the times and become more environmentally conscious by getting rid of single use plastics.
