While the food is good and the waiters are efficient, the way they manage their customers is a complete nightmare. First you cannot make a reservation or it must be at least 3 days in advance, more importantly if you have a reservation be sure to be right on time because they give away your reservation if you are two minutes late without bothering calling you. Second the waiting, you have no idea at all how long you are supposed to be waiting, they only tell you “soon” so you stay, that soon can easily transform to an hour. Third after waiting that much time they tell you that you only have one hour to finish (arrived at the restaurant at 9pm, waited til 10pm, told us to finish before 11pm), telling this to client who waited for 1hr to be seated is really rude as they also don’t warn you about this when you decide to wait, nice surprise.

In short be ready to wait or come super early, don’t expect much customer care either.
