My friend and I just visited la pearl for dinner, and we didn't expect that the restaurant was so nice. The environment was cozy, with light jazz music and great dining atmosphere.As we were big fans of oysters, we ordered a dozens of oysters to share. The manager explained very clearly with professional knowledge, and recommended few kinds to us. Oysters were fresh and fabulous.After that, I had a crab meat salad. After that, I had a crab meat salad. Crab meat with tomato salsa and avocado were actually a perfect match. My friend ordered a special dish: prawn tartare. The prawns tasted fresh, with lemon dressing, it was stunning.
We ordered a spring chicken as a main course. It was okay. The chicken was quite juicy, the meat was tender and not rough. This was what we expected.
Overall, the restaurant was worth to try again, good atmosphere, good food with good service.
