However, the hokkigai salad sushi is kinda awk, the seaweed wraping outside is already soften and in the salad, I can find very little hokkigai meat, it just taste like a spoonful of salad sauce with sushi rice.
The Fried Mash potato is very nice, hot and crispy, with very smooth mash potato and dozens of sweet corn, perfect match of texture.
Udon in soup (served hot) is also very very nice, al dente and smooth. I particularly like the soup, rich in Katsuobushi taste (a type of dried fish which is often use in making udon soup) , not too salty, a great balance in taste. And the amount is quite a lot, suitable for someone who missed out their lunch
Overall: nice a good choice of tea-set. Cause usually, it will be quite expensive to eat genki, but tea-set is a less expensive choice.
