Had a meeting over at Cyberport and decided to stop by for a rice bowl. my friend recommended this place the first time when they were cutting a very big tuna. they were busy today but wasn't too long for a table around 5-6 mins. Ordered their Hokkaido sashimi rice bowl was pretty satisfied with the overall quality and quantity of the rice bowl especially when comparing from Central area japanese restaurants. Price wise I think its alright You pay what you get for its sashimi after all I'm

the sushi chef had later told me that they used bluefin tuna in all their tuna items instead of yellow fin. I recently had tuna from a few other restaurants and i could really tell the difference between the yellow fin and the blue fin so again I find this to be value for money.
the set also comes with a set dish salad and a miso soup however i'm not a big fan of salad and the salad does not seem too interesting to me would be better if they replaced it with something else.
題外話/補充資料：
Spicy tuna rice bowl and also the cheaper chirashi rice bowl also seems nice and is what the sushi chef recommend me to try next time.
