Went out to eat with my colleague during lunch. We work at Hung Hom and we walk past this place quite often but had never tried it; primary reason was coz it looked a bit dark and dusty from the outside and I like places that are well lit.Anyway we decided to ignore the environment and walked in today. It was busy but the service was very nice and efficient.We didn't order any other types of food other than SUSHI...SUSHI SUSHI SUSHI. The rice could have been done better with more vinegar, althou

We didn't order any other types of food other than SUSHI...SUSHI SUSHI SUSHI. The rice could have been done better with more vinegar, although I do admire hand shaped nigiri. Some of the fish could have been fresher (e.g. the salmon was just plain dull), but the yellowtail and the ark shell was nice. However I would like to see them put wasabi directly onto the sushi, this would make them a lot better. I like to see their chefs work; they are busy and focused, again it's the wasabi thing, why wouldn't they go the extra mile?
Overall, the shellfish nigiris tastes better than the ones made with fish (though still worth a try). The cheese & crabstick thing is just pure gimmick please skip it and order something else.
