Good place for a coffee stopover

Interesting little place tucked away in Tung Chung.  Went for lunch on a weekend.  Like the other reviews said, it does get quite busy especially around 12-1:30pm.  If possible, recommend going a little later.  Their lunch menu is extremely good value - less than HKD 60 for coffee, soup and main.  Great ice coffee.  If you have pets, there're are also outdoor tables available.  For those who drive, there're about 30 public parking spots in 2 lots nearby - one right in front of the cafe, and the
