I heard there were a lot of coffee shops in Sai Ying Pun and quite a good variety of baristas in the area who are eager to start their own brand. Chocolate Croissant + Flat White: The croissant has home made which was really fresh. Crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. The chocolate filling was minimal though, but the flavour mixed with the croissant was really delicious. Flat white was smooth, they used a rather fruity
type of coffee bean, mixing it with milk will sooth the flavour and making it really easy drink.
This place is a really good environment to chill and just take long chats with friends. It could also be a nice gathering business meeting place. If I;m in the area again, I would visit and try their home made bagels and other coffees.
