I ordered a cup of mocha and a dessert Crème Brûlée, what Hong Kong people call "caramel pudding with egg". The staff slightly heated it up after taking out from the fridge, the aroma of eggs is palpable. Out of my surprise, it tastes lighter than it looks, it melts inside my tongue with a moderate flavor of buttermilk. That is really yummy. And I highly recommend you to try this. As I am a coffee lover, the mocha is a bit light for me. But for those who couldn't sleep after drinking the coffee, you do not need to worry about it. For your information, the Crème Brûlée is ordered from Paul Lafayet.
I would like to praise their service attitude. The staff gave us two cups of lemonen for free. I guess maybe they had extra, but it was still nice for the staff to share with the customers.Although it was the time to close, the staff still allowed us to stay 30 more minutes. I felt so sorry for them after I had been noticed that the closing time is actually 6:30 p.m, but I left at 7:00p.m.
Overall, I love this place
