Lamb Pot Season Begins as weathers and temperatures dip…The fried beancurd, delicious water chestnuts, delightful lamb briskets… what’s not to love about a good lamb pot? 🤪 The one here at 金禾 has proven to be above par, with a $168 price tags you get a small pot to yourself, plus a bowl of white rice, some fermented tofu sauce, and a hot drink. Not exactly the most price conscious but it’s almost christmas right?Lamb is so-so, a lot of pieces were bones more than meat, but there were at least 10

Not exactly the most price conscious but it’s almost christmas right?
Lamb is so-so, a lot of pieces were bones more than meat, but there were at least 10 pieces. Water chestnut ~7 pieces and a lot of fried beancurd to soak up the sauce. It’s a tad watery to my liking and can be thickened up a bit though If it were thicker I could probably shovel down even more rice!
