I have been going to this shop for more than two years almost every work morning. It’s a practice that the manager in charge always remember what I ordered and can recall my last name to greet. Coffee is almost the same in this chain franchise, but the service make a difference. The lady in charge always remind me of a promotion that fits my style and must remind me of free drink or upgrade if there is a reward in my account, I appreciate all these and that makes me go back every time I need a c

I have been going to this shop for more than two years almost every work morning. It’s a practice that the manager in charge always remember what I ordered and can recall my last name to greet. Coffee is almost the same in this chain franchise, but the service make a difference. The lady in charge always remind me of a promotion that fits my style and must remind me of free drink or upgrade if there is a reward in my account, I appreciate all these and that makes me go back every time I need a coffee! Even though I ask to put half sugar with oat milk in my latte, the routine staff always remember unlike the other branch in wanchai next to Allied Kajima Building, they wil only ask you to serve yourself and don’t bother to make an effort for extra service to a client experience. And that already stop me from going to that branch again.
