I have been here several times in the last month. While I speak Cantonese, I cannot read Chinese, so the English menu is handy. The manager speaks great English too. We were seated outside during a busy lunch and amusingly had to standup and step aside a few ties to let cars enter/exit this deadend street. The milk tea is nice and strong, and can recommend the beef fried noodles. Great value, I would come back.
