Went to try their Bouillabaisse set menu. First course was a sea bass tartare, followed by escargots and the main being a traditional bouillabaisse. The dessert was a platter of small dishes. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and dishes were well executed. The seafood used in the bouillabaisse were mostly flown in from Europe, including the super sweet French mussels. The squid was so tender, it just melts in your mouth.

Friend had the rack of lamb as the main which was cooked perfectly as well.

Highly recommend.
