The amuse bouche was slightly changed and again the meringue should be ate first. It was a lovely tomato flavor and was really refreshing.
The ingredients of the first dish all seemed strange initially but wow they made it into a great dish. The sweetness of the watermelon and tartness of the tomato complemented the tartare well and the black olive ice cream was fragrant without being overbearing. The dish totally makes you want more.
The flavor of the carpaccio of the second dish was spot on. However, the "tart" base was unfortunately very hard. I had a bit of difficulty to cut into it.
The lamb was absolutely tender and moist. It was seasoned well the amount of sauce was just right to wrapping the lamb without spilling on the side and ruining the elegance of the dish.
Again the savory Comte matched the white chocolate so well. In view there is no cocoa, the bitterness won't affect the dish. The burnt white chocolate also added a lovely color to the dish.
I totally looked forward to the Grand Dessert and it definitely didn't disappoint. I definitely preferred the chocolate one this time and their sorbetwas berry flavored which was a better combo. I am definitely going to miss this place
