of the five restaurants I tried during restaurant week, Aqua was the best. not only was the view spectacular, the food was fresh and salivating. entree was salmon and oyster tataki, and we added the oysters 🤤 the lamb cutlets for main were very well cooked with adequate sauce and flavor. perhaps the only letdown was dessert, which was the panna Cotta: it was very hard and rubbery , and was substandard compared to the rest of menu
