I visited the Big Fernand shop in Causeway Bay just now and was pleasantly surprised by the food quality, service and atmosphere. There is a wide variety of creative hamburger recipes on the menu and I went with the Francois Xavier - very simple with portabello mushroom, cheese, onions and Mayo. It was excellent. I opted for the side salad (instead of the signature fries) and a beer, all for under $200.The place is clean, music fun and staff polite. I'll be back for sure.
