I had totally forgotten about this place, until my phone mysteriously rang them one day.Anyway, the noodles in spring onion sauce that was not previously on the menu was interesting so ordered one priced at $10 for takeout.The bowl of noodles was rather small. Before I opened the lid, it looked rather dark green from the opaque lid.I thought to myself hmmm.When I opened it, it was very green indeed! The noodles was covered with coarsely cut spring onions and coriander.The noodles below were clum

The bowl of noodles was rather small.
Before I opened the lid, it looked rather dark green from the opaque lid.
I thought to myself hmmm.
When I opened it, it was very green indeed! The noodles was covered with coarsely cut spring onions and coriander.
The noodles below were clumped together, but still soft.
It tasted like those alkaline noodles, but they were so soft, it tasted like egg noodles.
The sauce was abit too salty, but overall it tasted quite good.
