I have been ordering my children's birthday cakes from Ferris Wheel for over a year. Bernice is a great baker, and very friendly and accommodating. The first time I ordered a sponge cake and then learned that I actually preferred butter cakes. Ever since then, I order small cupcakes with buttercream icing to give out in class on the actual birthday, and a butter cake for the party. This time around we have gotten ambitious and Bernice is making a black forest cake!!
We have been keeping things simple in terms of design, but in her shop she has tons of photographs showcasing her cake artistic talent as well.
