Salmon Eggs BenedictI typically go with the avocado toast which is one of the better ones in Hong Kong, but today I wished to change up my diet. I really wish I stuck with old reliable. Bulletproof Coffee
I would make an extra trip to Elephant Grounds for the bulletproof coffee alone. A bulletproof consist of “butter, coconut oil and a shot of espresso.” No other coffee shop offers this option in all of Hong Kong.
