The Extra Thick Steamed Milk with Egg Whites is my favorite dessert. Xiao Tian Gu makes a particularly great version. It's also good to order this dessert to go because then it comes in a handsome little glass jar that you get to keep. We also asked for delivery and it came in a reasonable time and the Steamed Milk was still warm. A great dessert experience!
