So glad to see Maxim Group taking up this space. It is nicely renovated in contemporary Chinese style. Dim sum quality was very good. Ordered plenty for 6. I loved the crispy rice flour roll - deep fried seafood roll wrapped in rice flour sheet. Great combo of texture. The steamed turnip was all about shredded turnip with intense flavor and aroma. The chicken with fish maw was probably the one of the best in town. The fish maw was of good size and thick, and the chicken was tender and tasty. Va

The chicken with fish maw was probably the one of the best in town. The fish maw was of good size and thick, and the chicken was tender and tasty. Various steamed dumplings are of high quality. The fried noodles with shredded pork and bean sprouts was above average with generous serving of chives but somehow lacked wok fragrance...

Ambience - very nice - extremely high ceiling and felt spacious
Conclusion - the #1 place to have dim sum in Tung Chung.
