The shot was excellent with good body and crema.Price is pretty affordable with single origin beans being the default options. For $30 (or $33 if you choose the costa rica natural like I did), you can’t beat it. One nitpicking is that I wish there was an espresso size cup served. Using a larger cup size like a piccolo or flat white cup resulted heat loss to the cup. Yet, I should have communicated with the owner on this and maybe it was intentional to bring down the temperature slightly.Maybe a

One nitpicking is that I wish there was an espresso size cup served. Using a larger cup size like a piccolo or flat white cup resulted heat loss to the cup. Yet, I should have communicated with the owner on this and maybe it was intentional to bring down the temperature slightly.
Maybe a flat burr grinder may be good too to enhance the clarity of the shot. But I understand most ppl in HK are not espresso drinkers and they like the body provided by conical burr in their milk based drinks.
Highly recommended.
