I have always wanted to try this Shanghai joint but when I get to Gough Street I end up going to other eateries.Finally tried it and the food and service was good.There are other branches but I would recommend this branch because it is less busy and the staff speak English.Here was what I had:++++++Dandan noodles:A nice strong peanut flavour to it and the noodles were really tasty if you eat them quick because I don't like them soft.++++++Chicken in wine:The chicken was impressive!~It was big ch

It was big chunks of chicken and not just skin and bones like other places. ++++++++++
Watercress and pork dumplings: I loved this because the watercress had a lovely crisp crunch and grassy taste to it.

These were nice but I prefer the watercress ones. ++++
Braised tofu in spicy sauce with vegetable rice:
The tofu lacked bean taste. +++
I think I will be back for the noodles only.
