bough lots of foodx's ear-->very cripsy, not oily, with some salt i can't stop eating it! after i ate it not very hot gas~thousand year egg so--> the outer layer always fall down , a little bit oily, the thousand year egg inside has some special taste, not very gd, when i eat it, very full coz the size is largered bean siu ban-->the outer layer is lo mai and very yin un, the inner red bean is sweet and have sand, they have some seasme on the top of that too~
