It happens to be weekend brunch on Saturday/Sunday, the brunch is very attractive, only takes $248, included the front dish, the main course and the dessert, I decided to pick a meal for each of us.

Chef Salad (Daily Chef Selection Mix)
The salad vegetables are fresh and sweet, with a little bit tart make me appetizing, the corn grain is cut down from the original branch of corn, super Fresh!
Egg Benedicts (Poached Eggs Served with Muffins
And bacon) Must eat⭐️
It's super good, the egg yolk is just right, it will not be too flow, nor too cooked, eat with Bacon and bread, it is super great!
Fish and chips
(Classic deep fried fish served with French Fries)
Fish & chips, perfect match!
I usually eat less fried, but this fish fillet is freshly frying out of the golden yellow Crispy, it makes me mouthwatering. There are also a lot of french fries, which are very satisfying.
Strip loin
(US Striploin 5oz with Eggs serve with French Fries)

We mostly eat well-done , so we chose Medium Rare. The beef is soft, and having a heavy taste of beef, it's awesome! The size is not so much, so it is just right for us.
Dessert (Daily Chef selection)
It's a chocolate lava cake with ice cream ball! The center of cake is slightly undercooked, resulting in a gooey, melty, and decadent treat that oozes out when i cut into it. It is also finger-licking good with a free-ball frozen ice cream, it's amazing!
